Save Instagram Reels on iPhone without installing an app

Overview

iPhone users often search for Reels downloaders in the App Store. PasteGrab works entirely in Safari — no install, no sketchy profiles, and no upload step.

In the Instagram app, tap Share on a public Reel and choose Copy link. Switch to Safari, open PasteGrab, paste the URL, and tap Preview formats. When metadata appears, pick MP4 for video or MP3 for audio, then Start download.

This only works for public Reels and posts you can view while logged out. Private accounts, Stories, and DMs are not supported.

Saved files land in your iPhone Downloads folder (Files app → Downloads). For teams that need history and higher limits, sign in at the studio URL after creating an account.
