Agreement
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and PasteGrab for use of pastegrab.com and related download tools. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use PasteGrab. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
Service description
PasteGrab provides link-based tools to preview and download public media from supported third-party hosts using server-side processing. Supported platforms, formats, file-size limits, and rate limits may change without notice.
Accounts and access
Core downloads do not require an account. Optional authentication may unlock features such as job history. Administrative access is restricted to authorized operators.
Acceptable use
You may use PasteGrab only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to access and save.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you lawfully download. PasteGrab does not claim ownership of third-party media. PasteGrab's name, branding, software, and documentation are our intellectual property.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to violate copyright or platform terms, bypass technical limits, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer or resell the service, or submit malware links.
Service availability
PasteGrab is provided on an as is and as available basis during active development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PasteGrab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PasteGrab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PasteGrab from claims arising from your use of the service, your downloaded content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the service or others.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable jurisdiction law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
