Cookie Policy
How PasteGrab uses cookies and browser storage, and how to manage your preferences. Effective 2026-06-24.
This Cookie Policy explains how PasteGrab uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit pastegrab.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use comparable technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage for preferences and short-lived caches.
How we use consent
When you first visit PasteGrab, a banner lets you Accept all cookies or choose Necessary only. Analytics runs in both cases. Your choice is stored so we do not ask on every visit.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required to operate the service. They include session cookies, consent cookies, and Google Analytics cookies for site measurement.
Functional storage (not cookies)
These technologies support core UX: preview cache, consent mirror, theme preference, and optional recent job references.
Analytics
PasteGrab uses Google Analytics 4 after you accept cookies (Necessary only or Accept all) to understand traffic, popular pages, and how the product is used. We use Google Consent Mode so no analytics cookies are set until you choose.
Marketing cookies (optional)
When you accept marketing cookies, PasteGrab may load Google AdSense on content pages (blog, guides, learn, and similar). Ads never appear on the homepage downloader, platform download tools, creator tools, or signed-in app areas.
Your choices
Accept all enables analytics and optional marketing cookies (including ads on content pages). Necessary only keeps analytics on but blocks marketing cookies and ads. You can change preferences later via cookie settings or browser controls.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in from working.
