Email is the fastest way to reach PasteGrab. We read every message and route it based on the topic below. We do not offer phone support or live chat at this time.
Response expectations
General product and partnership inquiries typically receive a reply within two business days. Abuse and security reports are prioritized when they include enough detail to investigate. Privacy and data-rights requests are handled per our Privacy Policy and may require identity verification.

What to include in support emails
To help us reproduce an issue, include:
- The public URL you tried (or a similar example that fails the same way).
- The platform name (TikTok, Vimeo, Reddit, etc.).
- The format you selected (MP4, MP3, best quality, etc.).
- Any error message shown in the app.
- Browser and device (e.g. Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Windows).
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or private account credentials. PasteGrab staff will never ask for your platform login details.
Privacy and data requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, email privacy@pastegrab.com with the subject line Privacy request. Describe your request and the email address associated with your PasteGrab account, if any. See the Privacy Policy for details on categories of data we process.
